We say that good design is a form of devotion. So we spend our days making identities that hold up across menus and merchandise, packaging that people keep after it's empty, signage worth looking up from your phone for, and rooms people don't want to leave.

Cult Dept. was founded in 2024 by Adam Sattler after years spent in-house as Creative Director, stretching brand systems across bars, restaurants, spirits, and beer. We take on a small number of clients each year. That's intentional. It means we can go deep. Full systems with room to grow.
